Challenge 6th - Feeding birds
Szkoła Podstawowa w Goleszynie, Poland
4th grade, Barbara Sobczyk
This is a blog to encourage enviromental action through unity of students across the globe.
Through this action, students were encouraged to use both sides of the paper when writing or drawing. In this way, they understood the importance of saving paper, protecting trees and reducing waste by adopting more responsible daily habits.
Through the action “Say no to plastic bags all day”, students were encouraged to avoid single-use plastic bags and use reusable cloth bags instead. This simple practice helped them understand the importance of reducing plastic waste and adopting more environmentally friendly habits in their daily lives.
This eco-friendly challenge helps students understand how easy it is to reduce plastic waste in their everyday lives. By choosing snacks with little or no plastic packaging and bringing a reusable lunchbox instead of single-use packaging, students learn to make responsible choices that protect the environment.
